Legal Disclaimer and Terms of Participation for the "Legacy Builder Master Course"

By enrolling in the "Legacy Builder Master Course" (hereinafter referred to as "the Course"), you, the Participant, acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions:

The Course is provided for educational and informational purposes only. The content is designed to guide participants in financial planning, credit management, goal setting, budgeting, and legacy building. However:

The Course providers, instructors, and any affiliated parties shall not be held liable for any loss, damages, or adverse outcomes resulting from the use or misuse of the information provided within the Course.

Participation in the Course is entirely voluntary, and all actions taken based on the Course materials are at the Participant's own risk.

2. No Refund Policy
All sales of the Course are final:

No refunds, exchanges, or cancellations will be provided after enrollment, regardless of participation, completion, or any change in the Participant’s circumstances.

By enrolling in the Course, the Participant acknowledges and agrees to this no-refund policy.

3. Course Access and Intellectual Property

The Participant is granted a non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Course materials for personal, non-commercial use only.

All Course content, including but not limited to videos, worksheets, guides, and supplemental materials, is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. The unauthorized distribution, reproduction, or resale of Course content is strictly prohibited.

4. Personal Responsibility

The Participant assumes full responsibility for their decisions and actions taken as a result of the information provided in the Course.

The Course providers make no guarantees regarding financial outcomes, credit improvements, or wealth-building results.

5. Binding Arbitration Clause

Any disputes arising out of or related to this agreement or the Participant's enrollment in the Course shall be resolved through binding arbitration in the state of Alabama, pursuant to the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA).

The Participant waives the right to bring any legal claims or disputes in a court of law, except as required by Alabama state law.

6. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Alabama, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.

7. Acknowledgment of Agreement
By enrolling in the Course, the Participant confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to this legal disclaimer and terms of participation. The Participant further acknowledges that this Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the parties and supersedes all prior agreements, representations, and understandings.
